Project T

Midwinter Entertainment / Behaviour Interactive

My journey with Project T began long before it was introduced publicly. As the community manager in the Midwinter studio, I participated in weekly playtests, providing feedback and reporting issues. I had my eyes on all aspects of the game during early development and contributed ideas during brainstorming sessions.

As we geared up for the announcement, I worked with the community team to design how the community-driven aspects of the Insider program would work. With the project’s announcement, my key responsibilities included:

  • Creating a monthly Discord content calendar

  • Feedback and sentiment reports around key beats and playtest

  • Cross-functional meetings to align on the strategy

  • Showcasing early development concepts and work-in-progress assets to foster engagement

In addition to my work as a community manager, I was also in charge of creating the content for the Midwinter Brand account. This account was a mix of game news, developer profiles, and events happening in the studio.
