Grabbing an opportunity when it was presented, I switched from World of Tanks, an established game with a strong community, to the up-and-coming Total War: ARENA. This allowed me to work closer with players to help shape the game's future.

  • Organize North American community contributor program

  • Design local contests and global in-game missions

  • Community growth and feedback during the Closed Alpha phase

  • Coordinate content strategy with global community managers
