On Dead by Daylight, I was part of a large, global Community team. My responsibilities initially focused on social media, then switched focus to community development. They included:
Creating custom dashboards, to track and analyze metrics. Utilize the data to determine benchmark and forecast KPIs, to determine post and campaign performance
Monthly social performance reports
Ensuring assigned tasks and content for each campaign was completed
Organizing the social content calendar
Introducing dedicated feedback threads to easily collect and respond to player feedback
Publishing patch notes on Steam and the forums
Player engagement on social and community platforms
