Joining the team shortly before Early Access, I focused on supporting the launch and early development, building bridges between the players and the development team. This was accomplished by working with key figures across multiple teams.

  • Organized casual events that allowed the community and developers to interact while playing the game

  • Encouraged transparent communication

  • Assisted PR and the Influencer Manager with organizing early preview sessions

  • Worked closely with Brand and Production to create engaging campaign prior to each update and new season

  • Designed a full feedback loop, sharing developer insight around top community feedback
