Joining the team shortly before Early Access, I focused on supporting the launch and early development, building bridges between the players and the development team. This was accomplished by working with key figures across multiple teams.
Organized casual events that allowed the community and developers to interact while playing the game
Encouraged transparent communication
Assisted PR and the Influencer Manager with organizing early preview sessions
Worked closely with Brand and Production to create engaging campaign prior to each update and new season
Designed a full feedback loop, sharing developer insight around top community feedback
